Ip Packets

Network packet monitor and analyzer
CommView

CommView is a program for monitoring Internet and LAN activity capable of capturing and analyzing network packets. It gathers information about data passing through your dial-up adapter, Ethernet or Token Ring card, or loopback interface and decodes the analyzed data. With CommView you can see the list of network connections and examine individual packets. Packets are decoded down to the lowest layer with analysis of most widespread protocols.

Wireless network packet monitor and analyzer
CommView for WiFi

CommView for WiFi is a special edition of CommView designed for capturing and analyzing network packets on wireless 802.11a/b/g networks. It gathers information from the wireless adapter and decodes the analyzed data. With CommView for WiFi you can see the list of network connections, IP statistics, and examine individual packets. Packets can be decrypted utilizing user-defined WEP or WPA-PSK keys and are decoded down to the lowest layer.

IP traffic statistics and bandwidth reporting
MZL & Novatech Traffic Statistics

MZL & Novatech TrafficStatistic shows accumulated bandwidth usage of a network interface like ethernet, DSL or PPP in tray. It generates IP traffic statistics IPDR data and the user can generate reports on his top bandwidth consumers cut by host and service. Reports allow to identify and to analyze unexpected traffic and to optimize volume consumption habbits over long periods. Especially useful it is for users in a bandwidth metered charge plan.

bandwidth usage monitoring and reporting
MZL & Novatech TrafficStatistic Deutsch + DSL

MZL & Novatech TrafficStatistic allows broadband (like DSL or cable) internet users to see always in tray how much internet volume was consumed so far. It generates flow statistics IPDR data and the user can generate reports over time on his top traffic volume consumers cut by host and service. It allows to analyze and cost optimize volume consumption habbits over long periods. Especially useful it is for users in a bandwidth metered charge plan.

Query any periods of IP statistics data
Time Interval Report

The Time Interval Report is a plugin for the freeware MZL & Novatech TrafficStatistic. Time Interval Report produces detailed traffic statistics for any time interval. The user can query intervals of his data with a precision of one minute, eg 2004/02/25 04:25am to 2004/03/03 02:36pm. That can be usefull to inspect unexpected traffic or to count bandwidth consumption for a specific internet session.

Query traffic statistics cut by local host's
Network Traffic Multi Optional Report

The Multi Optional Network Query Report turns the freeware MZL & Novatech TrafficStatistic into a full featured network traffic monitoring and accounting system. The report gives possibility to query IP traffic using filters with wildcards. The report shows traffic data split by local hosts, installed on a gateway it opens the possibility to get detailed statistics based on the actual bandwidth used by each internal machine.

Debug Cisco's Netflow packets.
Paessler Netflow Tester

Paessler Netflow Tester dumps the data of all Netflow packets that a computer receives from a Cisco router. This can be useful when debugging bandwidth monitoring configurations based on Cisco's Netflow protocol. First the Netflow protocol must be enabled and configured on the router. Then the router must be given the IP address of the computer running Netflow tester so that the UDP data packets with Netflow data are sent to that computer.

USB Devices: analysis and debugging
Advanced USB Port Monitor

A USB Bus, Device and Protocol Analyzer with the robust functionality to capture and process USB traffic. It offers sophisticated viewing and searching to accurately and efficiently debug and test High (480Mbps), Full (12Mbps) and Low (1.5Mbps) speed USB devices. Advanced USB Port Monitor design enables users to use it with any USB device, extending beyond the lab environment with advanced user's tools.
